Acro Gymnastics

Acrobatic gymnastics is where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform routines that combine acrobatic skills, tumbling, and dance set to music. There are three types of routines: a 'balance' routine, which focuses on strength, poise, and flexibility; a 'dynamic' routine, which includes throws, somersaults, and catches; and a 'combined' routine, which includes elements from both balance and dynamic.

Competitions

Acro has many competitions. This can be inter-club events or international events.
