The 3-step pathway™ is the leading programme for training coaches in recreational gymnastics and trampolining. This pathway replaces the old system of Level 1 assistant and Level 2 lead coach qualifications.

Key Features:

• Each course is the equivalent of a Level 2 qualification in its own right.

• Upon completion, coaches aged 18+ are fully validated to lead sessions at the level covered by the course.

• Coaches under 18 can attend the courses and assist in sessions. Once they turn 18, they’ll be validated to teach unsupervised.

All courses are based on the internationally recognised Winstrada Gymnastics and Trampoline Development Programme.
